Remove All Sources of Retreat

"Every person who wins in any undertaking must be willing to cut all sources
of retreat. Only by doing so can one be sure of maintaining that state of mind
known as a burning desire to win - essential to success."

Your body will be unable to properly absorb
nutrients if you eat in a hurry or are in an
angry or stressed out state.  To center and
calm yourself before eating, take several
slow deep breaths and chew your food slowly

difficulty exercising, consider a water
workout.  Water exercises, such as swimming,
water aerobics and aqua jogging can be a lot
of fun.  The water is a perfect cushion for
joints and provides resistance for an excellent
cardiovascular exercise.

A Life of Fulfillment

"What are the steps to a fulfilling life? It's a choice to accurately take
inventory of your strengths, abilities and passions; to become confident
in those attributes without feeling you are being egotistical; and a
commitment to act vigorously to develop & apply them so that your life
is newly defined by their expression!"

otherwise".

Pain and Pleasure

"The secret of success is learning how to use pain and pleasure instead of
having pain and pleasure use you. If you do that, you're in control of your

Follow Your Passion For A Life Filled With Meaning

"Select your work carefully and if you don't love what you're doing enough to
want to be the best at it, get out! Flee from the boring or unsatisfying job as
you would from a burning building. Working at something you don't care about
is the very best way to waste your life. Remember, this life is not a rehearsal
for something else." ~ Brian Tracy

Achieve..... Contribute..... Create

"Doubters do not achieve; skeptics do not contribute; cynics do not create. Faith
is the great motive power, and no man realizes his full possibilities unless he has
the deep conviction that life is eternally important, and that his work, well done, is
a part of an unending plan." ~Calvin Coolidge
