activity.  Some ideas to live a more active
lifestyle are gardening, cleaning your home,
washing your car by hand, skating, walking
briskly or bouncing on a mini trampoline.

many benefits.  Pet owners have a longer
life expectancy and are more likely to
survive heart attacks than individuals
who live alone.  As people pet their
animals their blood pressure and heart
rate decreases.
