"Getting Fit. . . One Step at a Time"


According to a 3 year study at Harvard University,
exposure to bright sunlight first thing will have
a positive impact on the retina that leads to better
focus and energy production in the brain.  For many
people, bright sunlight in the morning will improve
their mood and increase their alertness.
