"Getting Fit. . . One Step at a Time"


A healthy side dish is to add chopped basil, parsley,
cilantro, arugula, and/or spinach and red and yellow
cherry tomatoes to your brown rice.  Drizzle with a
small amount of olive oil and season with a little
sea salt and cracked pepper.
