"Getting Fit. . . One Step at a Time"


The human body is meant to move.  Select physical
activities that you enjoy such as: rollerblading,
Tai Chi, Yoga, running, dance, spin class, swimming,
bicycling, hiking or walking.  The more you enjoy the
activity, the more likely you will do it.
