"Getting Fit. . . One Step at a Time"

Any activity that gets your heart rate up
and moves your muscles qualifies as physical
activity.  Some ideas to live a more active
lifestyle are gardening, cleaning your home,
washing your car by hand, skating, walking
briskly or bouncing on a mini trampoline.
