"Getting Fit. . . One Step at a Time"

If you suffer from joint pain and have
difficulty exercising, consider a water
workout.  Water exercises, such as swimming,
water aerobics and aqua jogging can be a lot
of fun.  The water is a perfect cushion for
joints and provides resistance for an excellent
cardiovascular exercise.
